Vietnam Veterans Museum (Gone)

Field review by the editors.

Calvert City, Kentucky

Opened in 2008, the museum is the personal collection of Vietnam veteran Michael Swinford, whose goal is to tell the truth about what really happened during the war. Exhibits range from a hopeful "short-timers" calendar to a somber diorama of a wounded soldier being treated in a field medic station.
